VICE CHAIRMAN
DERIC BRADY
Deric Brady serves as Vice Chairman of Emission-Air, overseeing the organization's strategic planning and operations. In addition to his work with Emission-Air, Deric is the Assistant Vice President of First National Bank and a respected member of the Westside Baptist Church, where he serves as a deacon. Together with his wife Mandy, Deric is committed to advancing Emission-Air's mission to bring the gospel to people around the world.
FOUNDER & CHAIRMAN
AJ JAMES
AJ James is the founder and chairman of Emission-Air, a missionary, chief pilot, and mechanic of the organization. He is a devoted husband to his wife Shana and a father to their three children, Tyler, Chloey, and Addyson. AJ is also an adult Sunday School teacher at Open Door Baptist Church. His leadership and passion for service has led Emission-Air to become a leading organization in providing aid to those in need, both domestically and abroad. His work with Emission-Air has impacted countless lives and continues to inspire others to serve their communities with compassion and selflessness.
SECRETARY
SHANA JAMES
Shana James serves as the Secretary of Emission-Air, where she plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the organization. In addition to her work with Emission-Air, she has been a dedicated employee at Sheffield Financial for over 22 years, where she currently serves as the Collections Vice President. Shana is also an active member of Open Door Baptist Church, where she enjoys teaching Sunday School to children. She is a devoted wife to her husband AJ James and a loving mother to their three children Tyler, Chloey, and Addyson.
Chaplain
Brian Makray
Brian Makray is my associate pastor at Open Door Baptist Church with a tenure of 22 years! He also owns and operates Brian Makray Painting, in Lexington, NC. He has a son in the Marines and a daughter attending Crown College who has spent much time on the mission field as an intern. Brian and his wife India are heavily involved in ministry in Panama. Brian serves as a prayer partner and Liaison between Emission-Air and our church.
AVIATION COORDINATOR
DAVE SPANGLER
Dave Spangler is the Aviation Coordinator at Emission-Air. He has been a missionary pilot for 30 years with BMFP, an organization focused on church planting worldwide. As a retired pilot, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Emission-Air. Dave and his wife Sharon are members of the Independent Baptist Church in Sebring, Florida.
Emission-Air is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides emergency transportation and disaster relief assistance using planes and trucks to spread the word of God through Bibles, evangelism, and personal discipleship.
